The human experience is a multi-faceted prism of perceptions, perceptions that are confined by learned limitations to sensing, feeling, thinking, imagining, expressing, and acting. Transforming our perceptual capacities transforms our human experience. It requires pausing amidst the often torrential flow of daily existence to get curious about one's experience of life, self, and relationship and flirt with the possibility of learning something new. Something previously undiscovered or long forgotten.
Join Trevor online for eight weeks of reckoning with common themes that arise on our very human journey. Together, we will practice listening to each other deeply, feeling and expressing what needs or wants to be witnessed, and expanding the possibilities for the life we have yet to live.
